A Trust-Propagated Metric for Measuring Scholarly Citation Influence

Architected a graph-based reputation protocol using Enhanced EigenTrust to measure citation influence. Implemented time-decay algorithms and journal-seeded trust priors, validated on a dataset of 3,000+ papers.
